1. Do I need to change all of my link codes now with this new system? Absolutely not. Your existing link codes all still work just fine. We didn't switch processors or the way they work. Our new linking code is simply meant to be a better way to use those processors. For example,if you use CCBill now and choose to use Paycom instead, you can make the switch with a simple click in the Edit Profile section. No need to go changing all of your link codes anymore. 2. Are my stats updated in real time?? We retrieve the data from CCBill and Paycom at regular intervals so that you don't have to login into their systems to get them. The CCBill system retrieves the stats once daily for the previous day. This means that you will see your stats for the 9th on the 10th. The Paycom system retrieves the stats once hourly. Which means that you may not see your stats change for at least 60 minutes. If you wish to see your stats faster, you can still login to the processors sites to retrieve your stats there as well 3. How accurate are my stats? Some rebills seem to be missing. ATKCash.com has been around for a very long time, but our new stats in the backend are new. The way the system works is that we can only show stats for affiliates dating after the time we started our new system. So any stats predating this system will not be available. This means that if you got a sale before this system was created, a rebill this month might not show up for you in our stats. This DOES NOT mean that you won't be paid for the rebill though. The stats in our backend are for convenience, the stats for actual book keeping/accounting are still held by the processor. The stats in the ATKCash backend are NOT the final word. For 100% accurate stats, please visit the CCBill or Paycom affiliate areas and view your stats there. 4. When are my payouts sent? How much is the minimum payout? ATKCash.com does not issue checks itself, therefore payouts and payments are dependant on CCBill and Paycom's systems. For more information, please login to the processor you use and inquire within. 5. What happens if I remove my CCBill or Paycom ID from the ATKCash system? Our new system uses an in house link code to redirect through the processor and onto the paysite. For the system to work, the surfer clicks on your new linking code, which gathers your CCBill or Paycom code (depending on which you have selected as your processor), and redirects the surfer to the paysite with that code intact. Should you remove that code from our system, the surfer would still be redirected but not with your code. You would not receive the sale. 6. I've forgotten my password. Can I retrieve it or should I email you? In the past, the only way to get it was to contact us. However now you can retrieve it yourself rather quickly so long as know either your username or the email address that you signed up with. Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link just under the login form at the top of the page, or Click Here 7. Why does my traffic stats not go further back than January 2007? Our old system gave you a direct ccbill or paycom link. Therefore, we didn't monitor the traffic going through there at all. However, with our new system and our new linking code structure, we can now report back to you just how many impressions your account is receiving. While we can't tell you exactly which link code produced the sale this way, we are happy to at least provide you with more information than was available in the past. 8. Is the traffic in my stats raws or uniques? Right now, our system simply tracks raw impressions through the link code provided to you. But that doesn't mean it will stay this way. We felt it was important to bring you the tools available immediately, rather than make you wait for ALL fo the work to be completed. Therefore we are rolling out the new features as they happen. The next on our list is a revamp of the paysites and once completed, we'll be better equiped to give you raws, uniques and qualified unique traffic stats. Until then, we felt it was important to at least you give you this much while it's available. Be patient becaus there is a lot more coming!
